Cone Crusher operation principles

Cone crusher consist of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening. During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through ahorizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, the ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and crushed.

How cone Crusher works

Cone crusher crushes materials by the working surface between the movable cone and fixed cone. The movable cone of the Cone crusher is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on a hanging erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve, and the sleeve is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect shaft are driven by the eccentric shaft sleevetogether. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fimbriated gear, and the wheel of the conveyor belt is driven by motor through v-belts. The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve of Cone crusher rotates, there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone comes near the fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces, when the cone leaves, grinded materials is discharged from the discharge hole. The fixed cone can be ascended or descended by adjusting setting to adjust the width of discharge hole; consequently the output size is determined.

The Structure and Elements of the Cone Crusher:

1) When the Cone crusher is working, electric motor through the elastic coupling , transmission shaft and a pair angle gear bringing along eccentric bushing turning, crushing headcrushing head axial lead on the urgent stir down of eccentric bushing, does screw pendulum movement, does fracture wall and dish wall approaching from time to time, being far from time to time, nobs and shots ores at crushing chamber internal continually until the ores are fracture.
2) The Cone crusher is composed of chassis, transmission shaft, eccentric sleeve, bowled bearing, crushing head, supporting sleeve, regulating sleeve, input, sprung, coupling, lubricate, electric appliance and so on.

The Installment of the Cone Crusher:

1) In the building of the machine, there must be hoisting equipment, in order to use during the machine reinstallation and maintaining.
2) The foundation of the machine is as shown in figure 1, and this chart is for your indication only, user can make a design according to the physical circumstances.
3) There should be enough room under the foundation in order to reinstall transportation device.
4) For the foundation is free from spoil, on the foundation there should be covered frame cover, which is supplied by the user.
5) The position of the clubrication system and electric operation can be transferred by user according to physical circumstances, but the order should not be changed.
6) The reinstallation of the framework(figure 2)
    (1) When reinstalling the chassis, near the anchor bolt the users can make use of 8-12 suites dunnage , drill key to support and adjust up the levelness and verticality .The deviation of the levelness with round machined surface for base, measured by gradienter is no greater than 0.1mm/m; The verticality with the adapter central of the chassis for base, is measured by overhung.
    (2) After the framework is adjusted and fastened, group dunnage should be welded, lest motion.
    (3) When the equipment erection is in good order, the second casting should be done.
