1. The cs cone crushe by the change of the gap in the crushing cavity .The gap is opened and closed by the gyration of main shaft, which is derived by motor through cone gears.
2. The cs Cone crusher is of high reduction ratio, high performance, low power consumption, and uniform size products. The crusher machine has been used in the secondary and tertiary crushing.
3. The cs Cone crusher consists of body frame, transmission shaft, eccentric sleeve, cone bearing, breaking cone, supporting sleeve, adjusting sleeve, feeding part,spring,elastic coupling ,lubrication part , electric part, ect.

Working principle Of CS Cone Crusher

The crusher consist of main frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, crushing cone, adjustment device, adjustment cover, springs and hydraulic station for adjusting the discharge opening.

During the operation, the motor drive the eccentric cover to rotate through the horizontal axle and bevel gears. The center axle of crushing cone swings with the force of the eccentric shaft cover so that the crushing surface is close to the mortar from time to time. In this way, the materials will be crushed through continuous pressing. Diagram 1 is the cutaway view of the machine.
