Working principle of Spring Cone Crusher
Working parts of spring Cone crusher is two coniform trim ends. One is fixed cone No, 2 (called outer cone), the other is movable cone No, 1 (called inner cone), see the drawing, Fixed cone 2 is a part of mainframe and It is layed quietly. Movable cone 1 Is reamed on point O, and it's lower end inserts in the eccentric bush movably. Therefore, mass axis OO1 of fixed cone crossover with mass axis OOl of movable cone for a oblique angle. When OOl rotates surrounding OO1, the movable cone will make eccentric movement along with the inner surface of fixed cone. In the area where the movable cone turns closer to the fixed cone, the material will be extruded, collided. This area turns to be crushing chamber, In the area where movable cone stands far from fixed cone, the crushed material will be discharged from the end of cone because of its self weight. This area Is called discharged.
